Stack Honors Local District Attorney's Office Retirees
PHILADELPHIA, MARCH 5, 2009 — State Sen. Mike Stack recently joined the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office to recognize two retirees for their dedication and service to their profession.
Stack presented the retirees, Jeff Piree and Freddy Chaves, with citations from the Senate of Pennsylvania at the first annual County Detectives Banquet and Reunion on Feb. 27 at Canstatters, located at Academy and Willits roads.
“Both of these men dedicated their careers to protecting our city from dangerous criminals in the Philadelphia Police Department and the District Attorney’s Office,” Stack said. “Their records demonstrate their commitment to their profession, and I congratulate them on their retirement and thank them for their faithful service to our city and its citizens.”
